These Terms of Use govern your use of QU3 at qu3.live. By creating an account or using QU3, you agree to these Terms and the QU3 Privacy Policy.
YouTube
QU3 uses YouTube API Services for YouTube video search and the YouTube embedded player for playback. By using QU3, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube features is also subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable policies.
QU3 does not host, download, or redistribute YouTube video or audio content. YouTube controls the availability of YouTube content and features of its embedded player. You may not use QU3 to circumvent, interfere with, disable, obscure, or manipulate YouTube playback, advertising, rights-management systems, attribution, or platform protections.
Your account
You are responsible for activity performed through your QU3 account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Usernames and profile content must not impersonate others, infringe rights, or be used for abuse. You must provide accurate information where required and may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to QU3 systems.
Party rooms and user content
QU3 allows users to create rooms, queue YouTube videos, chat, react, vote, and interact socially. You are responsible for content and messages you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, deceptive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Room hosts and QU3 may moderate or remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, protect users, or protect the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not automate or abuse QU3 search, queues, voting, chat, reactions, or account creation.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, bans, moderation, or API restrictions.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse personal information about other users.
- Do not use QU3 in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not use QU3 to interfere with YouTube API Services or the YouTube embedded player.
Availability and changes
QU3 is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable, including when third-party services such as YouTube, Google, Supabase, or Cloudflare change or experience outages. QU3 does not guarantee that any particular YouTube video will remain searchable or playable.
Third-party services
QU3 depends on third-party services and content. QU3 does not control YouTube videos, YouTube accounts, or third-party websites and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Your use of third-party services may be governed by additional terms.
Enforcement
QU3 may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, legal requirements, or risks to the service or other users.

Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as QU3 changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
